I r not a doctor and this ain't medical advice.
More of an informative (I hope) post for those in pain and frustrated. Maybe something to give you guys more of a background/backbone? in learning about the possible causes for your postural issues.
If you've done your stretches and got your standing desk and have results this post isn't for you, keep scrolling go away. This post is for those who have consulted, done the stretches, the yoga, the exercise, have the pain and soreness, tried back braces and every gimmick, chiropractic, massage, and are still having problems. I am here for you fam. I hope this can help someone.

The Misinformation:

As it stands from my viewpoint, as a 30 something millennial woman, posture is wholly and fully the 'fault' of the person suffering from poor posture. We're told to stand up straight and stop slumping. We call people geeks and mouth breathers and hunchbacks as though these people are purposely contorting themselves into these ugly pelvic-forward positions. Hint, it is not within your power to make a controlled effort every second to adjust to 'correct' posture, if it were, no one would have bad posture. If this is you, it likely hurts very much when you get your shoulders back, if you can even do that at all. My main point here is this is not your fault. You did not choose this. This is healable, and treatable, you just haven't found the right information yet and we gonna open those doors. In your search for health, be kind to yourself and go into treatment with compassion. This. Is. Not. Your. Fault.

cOmPuTeR nErDs ThO

The main thing we're told is that uppelower crossed syndrome are the fault of computers. Let me just tell you this is utter bullshit. I mean, does sitting as an adult exacerbate existing issues? Oh god yes. Do the exercises you see on those hip youtuberz channels, tackling nerd neck and pelvis tilt, help? They might help with symptomatic pain relief, maybe. But they are not going to fix it provided you have one of the "hidden" causes I'll list below.

Tech/sitting has never, literally never ever, been proven to cause poor posture. If we look at the social issue of sitting for long periods of time (which absolutely is terrible for posture, again) that shit starts in school, not in the fucking workplace. And there are consequences which I'll get into. But for now I want to make it absolutely clear--when your PT or massage therapist tells you with absolution that your desk job is CAUSING your posture issues, get a new therapist. And if you work in an office, look around you. Plenty of people sitting at desks have good or great posture.

My final word about this is again--sitting exacerbates and certainly doesn't help poor posture. Don't avoid treatment if you sit a lot. You'll still need to counter that sitting time with other things. But let's delete the 'computers=cause' incorrect narrative.

Ok asshole, so what're the real problems?

Well gee whiz Freddy I'm glad you asked. It could be a few different things. Might be one of these, might be a combo. I can categorize them into what I call the 'big two' and after telling you the signs and symptoms of each, that's up to you to inspect.

Any, probably most, of these will come with pain, muscle tension, tightness, inflexibility. For that reason I'm not listing that as a separate symptom. All of these things go into a basket with pain. They may also come with uppelower crossed syndrome. A syndrome is nothing but a set of symptoms, so if you have these plus hyperkyphosis, hyperlordosis, a pelvic tilt or whatever else, that's all a part of it.

Symptom list 1:

A weak, recessed chin
A hooked nose or nose with a 'bump'
Allergies, sinus issues, snoring
Piss poor sleep, or suspected sleep apnea
History of dental extractions, or orthodontic appliances
Mouth breathing

Symptom list 2:

Thoracic breathing (your shoulders and chest lift when you breathe in)
Digestive issues
Hank Hill butt - if you don't know, just google it okay
Anxiety or depression without appropriate life stress
Catching yourself 'tensing' your shoulders, or other muscles like your jaw

List one is a facial structure issue, and thus an airway issue, impeding your posture. Your airway is impaired and you are standing in a way to circumvent that.
List two is a nervous system issue. Your body is in (probably chronic) activated stress response and the nerves are on a feedback loop of putting your body into a fight/flight prepped state, and your posture is 'fixed' in that position.

Facial Structure:

I won't get into the deep and sometimes iffy/controversial science of it, but I highly recommend this video if you're new to the fascinating topic of recent human facial structure changes. If you have a facial structure issue this could be ANY number of things. Common culprits are here:

Allergies or nasal structure issues (polyps, etc) that caused you to mouth breathe early on
A tongue tie, where the tongue doesn't reach the roof of the mouth, making the palate narrow
a tongue thrust reflex (from bottle/paci/thumb sucking) also narrowing the jaw and palate
Condylar Resorption, look into it especially if you have the weak chin...essentially the jawbone gets smaller over time, and that puts the tongue farther into the airway.
dental extractions or orthodontic work. Any removal of teeth causes the bone to shrink, and braces usually result in the mandible being recessed. Obviously orthodontic work is your biggest clue that you do have a facial structure issue. Unfortunately orthodontists usually (and there are exceptions) don't look at, assess, or even talk to you about your airway.

All of the above have one thing in common. The tongue, when not positioned against the palate, spread out evenly with the mouth closed, and breathing nasally, result in the tongue ending up moving into the airway's space. The airway will narrow. As a result your head will naturally lean forward. This actually is my area of expertise, I work in EMS and have seen a lot of respiratory distress/respiratory failure. Obviously, mostly acute, but some chronic patients as well. Learning your head forward doesn't make you a nerd. It makes you reaching for air. To pull the tongue up and out of the way of the trachea. Whether you can't do that because your tongue won't lift, your mandible is recessed, or the other things I've mentioned, you will 100% not cure your forward head posture (which domino-effects into the shoulders, back, hips) by doing exercises or ducking your head back like a turtle.
What do?
Do your research and find out exactly what the structural issues might be. You may need nasal surgery, jaw surgery, a tongue tie to be cut, or palate expansion if that's an option. The goal here is reforming the upper airway structures so that you can properly position your tongue, breathe through the nose, and not have your tongue strangling you. By the way if these do sound like you, I suggest a sleep study. You probably have sleep apnea.
One more EMT bit of info -- snoring is disordered breathing. Snoring is dangerous. Snoring can be deadly. That's another topic. Don't make fun of snoring or treat it like a joke or nuisance. If your spouse or child were choking in their sleep it wouldn't be funny. Treat snoring for the warning sign that it is. In EMS if a patient is snoring we immediately take steps if possible to rectify it. So should you.

Stress:

oboah, this one's fun. Not really, it's depressing. Knowledge is power though.
The CNS is a telephone you might say. The sendereceiver are the brain and body. When people say 'mind over matter' they're idiots. It's not a one way system. In other words, your brain doesn't just tell your body what to do... your body tells your brain what's going on and it responds. So things like actions, sensations, emotions...they all start in the physical body independent of the brain.

Breathing

Let's talk about breathing for a minute. The proper way to breathe for humans, all mammals, and in fact most animals, is via the diaphragm. Reddit is so limiting because this would be where I physically show you the mechanism of action of breathing, but best I can do is a jpeg.
The volume area of the lungs is the lower portion, and this is where most of our gas exchange should occur. But--increasingly studied alongside covid--it's interesting that most of us are breathing incorrectly. We're not even using the majority of our lung surface area and making the stumpy, shorter branches at the top oxygenate our whole blood load. Most adults breathe incorrectly. Children and babies usually breathe correctly!!! Why? Good question Tammy.
Diaphragmatic breathing occurs when the nervous system is at ease. When an animal is chillin' and enjoying the sunrise. Predator or life threat appears and the nervous system gets activated, we are no longer going to be able to use that slow, deep mechanism of ventilation. Cue thoracic breathing. Short breaths that pull in oxygen and offload CO2, in preparation for the fight or flight. (Freeze can be associated with thoracic breathing, but I digress.)
The biggest problem that happens between good kid breathing and bad kid breathing is trauma and school. Remember how I said that sitting is bad? Sitting, in school, makes proper breathing difficult. Add to that the atmosphere where kids are feeling self conscious, judged, worried, and 'tucking in', or sucking in their stomach because they want to look good...maybe add in the aforementioned tongue tie or mouth breathing, and thoracic breathing becomes the default.
This creates a negative feedback loop because at the beginning I told you that the body tells the brain how to react. If the body is breathing in a stressed state, the brain gets the message that there's a threat. Whether or not that threat is real, or even if it is something like 'a lot of homework' the pattern continues. Stress, prepare for fight/flight. Anxiety. Short term, these maladaptive behaviors can be corrected. Long term, it's hopeless little Jimmy. Sorry.
So, this can occur even if you don't have childhood trauma. If you do have childhood trauma, I'd almost guarantee you that your breathing is improper if not completely incorrect. But there are plenty of people I work with, am friends with, have had as patients or otherwise who will have insane panic attacks and tell me through tears or in awe that they had a great childhood and were anxiety-free. Probably they weren't, but also, if they had a good time as a kid, their nervous system was not aware of it and has taken the controls.
Back to posture. Let's look at the back and hips. We're talking psoas.

Psoas

Structurally, your psoas muscles are the deepest muscles in your core. They attach from your 12th thoracic vertebrae to your 5th lumbar vertebrae, through your pelvis, and then finally attach to your femurs. Your psoas muscles allow you to bend your hips and legs toward your chest, move your leg forward when you walk or run, flex your trunk forward when you bend over to pick up something from the floor, and stabilize your trunk and spine during movement and sitting.
The psoas muscles support your internal organs and work like hydraulic pumps, allowing blood and lymph to be pushed in and out of your cells. They are vital not only to your structural well-being but also to your psychological well-being because of their connection to your breath.
There are two tendons for the diaphragm (called the crura) that extend down and connect to the spine alongside where the psoas muscles attach. Also, the diaphragm and the psoas muscles are connected through fascia that also connects the other hip muscles. These connections between the psoas muscle and the diaphragm literally connect your ability to walk and breathe and also how you respond to fear and excitement. When you are startled or under stress, your psoas contracts. In other words, your psoas has a direct influence on your fight-or-flight response. During prolonged periods of stress, your psoas is constantly contracted. The same contraction occurs when you sit for long periods of time, engage in excessive running or walking, sleep in the fetal position, or do a lot of sit-ups. All of these activities compress the front of your hip and shorten your psoas muscle.

Pelvic Floor Muscles

I don't know personally how this works or what it feels like for men but I personally had no idea that my pelvic floor was CONSTANTLY CLENCHED until I got into a specific stretch and the whole area 'relaxed.' Like an opposite kegel. It was then that I started noticing that my hamstrings, glutes, and even lower abs were constantly clenched as well. This specific issue is finally gaining ground and called 'nonrelaxing pelvic floor dysfunction'. Read more here.
Not only will the hypertonic floor muscles cause postural issues but this is also linked to things like recurrent UTIs, painful sex, constipation, shy bladder. We're just focusing on posture right now but again if you're not sure if this is you, I'm just giving you more info.
WAT DO, AGAIN
Do your research. I'm not putting all of your posture issues on stress. But I can say that you can stretch, get daily massages and do all the yoga you want, if you're still breathing thoracically you're still going to have tight muscles. Again, most of the information from PTs and so on is pain management, not treatment of the structural situation. (This goes for chiropractors too, wherever they fall on the spectrum of legitimate to complete wacko....you can have 100 adjustments but it's all a temporary movement when the connective tissues of your body are trained to be tight by the CNS.)
Pay attention to your breathing. Correct it. Scan your body for clenched muscles and look into body work for the psoas muscles. I'll drop some therapeutic modalities in here for the google-challenged.
Polyvagal theory.
Somatic experiencing.

We as a society are not trauma-informed and the fact is, most of us have fucking trauma. Part of that is the sad state of reality and part of it is because our brain will always carry the amygdala along with it, or we wouldn't be alive, and so we're more or less programmed for states of stress. Something as simple as breathing incorrectly or having a little snip of tissue on your tongue can cause debilitating health issues. Sounds insane but again....the CNS is wired to adapt quickly and almost wildly in the face of death. It doesn't care about how sore you are or that you can't pull your shoulders back.
I'm not telling anyone to stop their PT or massages or foam rollers or aromatherapy. I want people to know the difference between managing pain, and the actual structural and physiological issues behind poor posture that I've pretty much never seen addressed collectively, as a whole, and I've been to PT, chiros, back specialists, pain specialists, trauma therapists, psychologists, psychiatrists, dentists, orthos, ENTs, the whole fuckin' 9. So take what you'd like from it and hopefully it helps a little.

I hatched my first chicken 5 days ago. Now my Dad wants me to give my chicken to a Karen and her crotch goblins

I'm not sure how to link a pic but this is a copy/ pasted version of the conversation I just had with my dad. To clarify I'm under 18 and live with my father. My father is a absolute ass, who is not a anti-vaxxer but instead Anti-microwave. He believes hitler microwaved Jews during WW2 so rainbows can crawl up their legs and bite them in the butts. No that is not a exaggeration my dad acctually believes that. The only good thing my dads ever done for me is ket me have pets, I've had over 300, a bit of everything, well over the last 4 years I've gone into a bird craze. Gotten rid of all my frogs, snakes, and lizards and swamped for birds, a few parrots here and there none are big ones I just have small medium parrots. And now other than my parrots I have pigeons and quail. I got a incubator for my button quail eggs and have had awful luck with it so far. One day we stopped over at a freinds house and grabbed some eggs for us to eat, none were refrigerated yet, so I grabbed a small cream colored egg and popped it into my incubator in place of a quail egg that didn't make it. 21 days go by and on Jan 8th Yukio hatched, I dont know yuki's gender but I've been calling it a her. Today while my dad was away doing everything to not comply with covid restrictions and visited The guy I got the eggs from. So heres how the convo played out. Word for word

Me for one the cops floor is wired when it goes up to the second level. Button qauil aren't able to live on stuff like that, secondly I did tell you. By then Yukio won't need a heat lamp. I'm pretty distraught about this and I'm sad like really sad. Once again my dads forcing me to get rid of another animal that I've grown to love. Rant incoming

I just finished reading The Final Empire and I have so many thoughts idek where to start and how to articulate all of them. In many ways this book has been overwhelming. And I say that in a good way. The things that this book has made me feel are overwhelming and I love that! I won't write all of them coz that would be a long post indeed.
Rashek!! Didn't see that coming. I felt so many conflicting emotions about the lord ruler. When I saw the condition of the world ruled by him, I absolutely loathed him but when I read those entries of his journals I was intrigued. I wanted to know more about that man.. the one who cared and feared for mankind and doubted his abilities to do what he was meant to do. I wondered what happened that changed him so. And then I go and find out that they aren't even the same people!! Apparently that dude was killed by the jealous guy. But I still want to know more about that hero. What he was like?? Why did Rashek kill him?? Did he really just hate the idea of not being hero himself so much? and God! his dying words were forbidding enough! shivers in apprehension That reminds me, I'm excited for the next book!!
Next, Reen's redemption. Sort of. He wasn't perfect and certainly was a terrible brother in a lot of ways (tho that can be explained by the life he lived through. Not excused, but explained) . But he came through when mattered. Going through torture by inquisitors and not spilling the beans?? That certainly makes him a good brother. One who loved his sister nonetheless. Also, I'm glad that vin got to know that. A lot of her abandonment issues stem from that. I hope knowing the truth gives her some peace.
I FUCKING bawled when Kelsier died. Well, not really. A few tears escaped my eyes but tbf I'm not a person who cries often so finding that that hit me hard enough to shed a few tears certainly surprised me. I'm gonna miss him ~~understatement of the year~~. His optimism, his smiles, EVERYTHING.
Marsh is alive!!!! But he is now the one in Kelsier place. Grieving for a brother. But I'll take it. Gladly.
HAVE I MENTIONED that I absolutely hate it that Kelsier died and now he can't see what he managed to accomplish. I mean yeah.. his death itself accomplished it. At the end the skaa army wasn't really required and turned out it was much easier to kill the lord ruler by taking his bracelet but WHO KNEW THAT ⁉️⁉️CERTAINLY NOT KELSIER‼️ And I think his death pushed the crew too, apart from his role in starting the noble wars etc. He accomplished what no one in centuries could! He was called insane for dreaming for it but he got it done! But why didn't he survive it 🥺🥺🥺 UGH.. I don't make any sense but I JUST WANT KELSIER BACK!! IS THAT TOO MUCH TO ASK FOR 😭😭 And also I don't like that Elend is suddenly in charge now!?? I mean hello, KING?? The guy barely did anything. Sure he got over centuries of instilled privilege and saw everone as equal and is a good man but hello?? Why is Kelsier dead?? Have I repeated that enough you ask⁉️ NO!!! Am I being weird for thinking this?? Maybe? But hey! I can't help it! Kelsier deserves the world (metaphorically speaking here I don't want him to become the next lord ruler lol) Elend? Meh. Who cares. Not me.
MOVING ON. Is it bad that I don't ship vin and Elend. I mean yeah.. they make a cute couple but whatever. I'm not trying to be mean, it's just I don't feel the chemistry?? Idk it just wasn't a big concern for me whether they ended up together or not and I guess it's not really where the novel focused. I came for fantasy I got fantasy so I'm ok with it.
A lot of things make sense now regarding the lord ruler and his empire. About the inquisitors. So that was nicely tied. There are a few loose ends which will probably be explained in the next book.

AND I FORGOT TO ELABORATE ON ONE THING that I thought about a lot. The Lord Ruler himself. As in Rashek. Vin was the only one who met him and observes him a lot. And she says again and again how tired the lord ruler looked. Like.. weary. And I thought maybe that's not because of his age and all that rigmarole that he had to do to keep living (which btw jeez that's one convoluted way of making sure of that but effective nonetheless so I see the point). He obviously was an imposter and took the power that was meant for someone else, the real hero, and consequently plunged the world into misery and despair and just plain fucking ruin. But I also can't help but wonder if there was a point to all that. Like all the oppression and the skaa. He said that Vin had doomed them by killing him. Maybe he was keeping the deepness away? Maybe that was a constant act that needed to be performed and not just a one day battle?? Maybe the real hero was supposed to have some epiphany, as he was The One meant for the job, and save the world but since Rashek took his place he just didn't know what that would've been like and so he did defeat the deepness but not completely as was meant to happen and thus did what he did to keep the world from collapsing or whatever?? FRANKLY I DON'T KNOW. That's just me running with my theories and I could be COMPLETELY wrong but DON'T TELL ME. I'd like to find out myself. So please 🙏🏻 NO SPOILERS!!
The Real Hero always said that if he could he'd give his responsibilities to someone else. He always felt that great burden and while he was determined to do what he had to and certainly cared about his job he was also tired because GUESS WHAT⁉️ Being the hero is not just fun and games YOU HEAR THAT RASHEK!?? And handsome hunk (I'm not blind ok say what you will about the dude but the lord ruler was attractive. Too bad he had to be an evil tyrant) here thought he'd just stroll in and save the day. Well turns out it's a taxing job and not as easy and glorious as it looks. And after centuries of doing it eternal life does seem to loose it's lustre. I guess that would explain the lord ruler being just wearied and disdainful of pRacTicaLLy everything like it just didn't matter. At least that's the expression I got. He looked like some harangued father who was just sick of reprimaneing his wayward children who 👏 just 👏 won't 👏 listen (that's how I imagined him being like internally during that inquisitor-obligator fight for power and the skaa rebellion).
And on a side note, I hated Shan Elariel, so good thing she died. Elend's father is a bellend. ~~10 points to me for making that rhyme~~ KUDOS TO Kelsier for choosing the best crew members EVER, his genius plan, his confidence and compassion and for just EXISTING in general ❤️❤️❤️ And VIN!!! that brave girl who just kept attacking the lord ruler and just annoyed him (yeah I liked that) and learning about friendship at the end. Didn't we go through this already? Yes, charitable donations lessen your tax burden. But they also lessen your wealth! Here is the itemized list of $1.4M in donations the ABF made in 2014. If he had *not* made those donations, yes, his tax bill would have been higher, but he would have had more money left in his bank account to spend on a yacht or whatever for himself. So lessening his tax burden cannot be his "entire goal". -for the 50th time, we know how taxes work.
It *has* made donations to the RANA foundation (approx. $70k total, I believe), which Hilaria's parents advertised on their website, but that's not "money to Hilaria's parents" (as people here often say), and I don't even see an obvious connection between the RANA foundation and the Hayward/Thomases. -IT'S LISTED AS A PROJECT ON THEIR WEBSITE DIPSHIT

The hard part is making sure they have enough natural exposure to both languages. About the Irresponsible platforming and harassment of Ana Frills | I think it's time to stop.

22.01. 00:23 - I am too tired to reply to everyone today, I will pick it up in the morning. I also need to edit some of the things in this post, I was lacking info about some of the claims I made(check the comments for specifics). I will do that tomorrow morning or afternoon, depending on my schedule.
23.01. 3:30 - Did one last revision of the post and added my final thoughts.

Please read this the end because I believe it to be a very serious issue that has not been addressed properly by Destiny or this community.
You can sort of skip part 2-4 if you do not care about the backstory. Part 5 is what my issues with the community and Destiny are. Part 2-4 are mostly there to establish the timeline, and what happened in MY opinion, and give people who know more about the situation the opportunity to point out factual errors(Some of you have done that, thanks especially to the people who DMed me links and clips of things that I got wrong).

Part 1: Why am I worried/Why did I make the post?

TL;DR: Close, very qualified, psychiatrist friend called me out for making fun of Ana and Destiny for platforming and using her for content and explained the severity of the situation.

I watched the whole Ana Frills arc, all the conversations and the build up and I read some of her tweets as well. After the Drew/Ana/Destiny conversation, I talked about this with a friend of mine, who expressed concern about Ana's behavior. She also criticized me for laughing about the situation and explained several things to me, mostly moral concern with the platforming of someone who seemed very effected emotionally. With the caveat that it is not possible to diagnose people without meeting them, but she explained in some detail that the whole situation worried her and that Destiny's actions are very fucked up and irresponsible.

My friend is a psychiatrist who is mostly working with criminals and abuse victims. In Germany, becoming a psychiatrist takes at least 6 years, more often than not 6-8, and psychiatrist are fully licensed medical doctors, who are able to prescribe medication. I am not sure if psychiatrist is the right term in the US or other countries. In Germany, we also have several other mental health professionals, psychologists/psychotherapists for example, most of which are NOT medical doctors and are not licensed to prescribe medicine or work with what are considered "extremely dangerous" or "at high-risk patients". I am not in the field myself, so some of this information might be wrong, outdated or misunderstood by me, it's not very important though and I just want to establish her credibility and why I place a lot of value on her opinion.
I went a bit into detail about this to make clear why I took her concerns very seriously and got dressed down after I tried to argue about a few points she brought up. ^ ^

Part 2: Ana broke the no-contact agreement

TL;DR: Public harassment of Ana ramped up again after that, explained my view of how that happened in detail and what I did in response.

After this conversation, I considered my options and looked a bit into the current status of the drama. At the time, mid-November 2020, the Drew conversation already happened some time ago and Ana broke the agreement(No public & private communication) by tweeting about Destiny again. Melina also mentioned, I think in DGG?, that Destiny was getting the paragraph messages in DMs again.
I think Destiny had already mentioned that it's ok to talk about her again as well, but I am not 100% certain about this. This was a few months ago now and I didn't prepare this beforehand, I am writing this on the spot after my conversation with Ana.
Either MrMouton or Dan talked about this during a Minecraft stream and someone said something to the effect of: "Ana is fair game again, right?" or "We can talk about Ana again". I do not remember the exact quote and I will not be able to find it, maybe someone else remembers this?
This was also before the epic 1v1 between Mouton and Dan about the Darius tattoo stuff, so they were both still on board with engaging with Ana/drama of that kind.
I am not trying to shit on Dan or Mouton, both now don't believe this anymore and have spoken out against it publicly. Dan even deleted tweets he send at her and they both talked to Destiny about not engaging with Ana anymore, but not to a significant extent(at least publicly). I actually have the timestamp for that conversation if anyone cares.
Just making this clear, I am not trying to shit on anyone for no reason, even though it might seem like that.

Part 3: Taking action - Contacting Drew Welty

TL;DR: Messaged Drew on Discord, informed him of what was going on and what my concerns were.

So I figured: Hey, this Drew guy seemed a lot more reasonable than Ana and he is in a mediating role. So I will inform him about what Ana is doing, maybe he is not aware of it.
I messaged Drew Welty on his Discord server and told about what was about to happen, i.e. Ana getting memed at again and people twittering at her, making posts about her et cetera.
I explained the whole situation too him, a little bit about who my friend is and what she pointed out and I included several of her tweets about Destiny(now deleted, not relevant either. Her typical stuff about emotional abuse in open relationship and subtweeting) and a few replies to her.
Back then, I figured this would be the best way to go about it because it was a private option and it was very clear that Destiny wouldn't care about this, given his actions up to this point.

His reply was very nice, the conversation was chill and it actually worked. If you check her twitter timeline, she pretty much stopped tweeting about Destiny a few days later(except for a few one of tweets) and then didn't tweet about him AT ALL for 2 months, up until 1 week ago...

Part 4: Jan. 15th - today. My conversation with Ana

TL;DR: 1. Details of my conversation with Ana, no person info or private/unrelated stuff + Screens to show what concerned me and to establish that the conversation happened and that I'm not making it up + explanations why the content concerns me.

DAY 1
Some of you may have noticed the tweets she made recently and how she inserted herself in the Bob7 situation. Most of the tweets are deleted now and I don't want to collect 50 archive links, I think everyone can believe that she started tweeting again by checking out the tweets that are still up.
I send her a few tweets, replying to hers and she agree to have a private chat with me. My intention was to convince her to stop tweeting and drawing negative attention towards herself and perhaps manage to explain why people dislike her in a private setting without the pressure of a bloodthirsty audience.
I gravely overestimated my ability to convince her of anything and I underestimated her "personality" or whatever you want to call it. My assumption always was that the stream conversations were partly so out of control because of the added pressure through the audience and the situation itself. Everyone calling her crazy, which I believe her to be as well, just to be clear. I am not taking her side in this or justifying anything that anyone has done in all this, I just want to encourage it to end.
She did NOT agree to me publishing screens of our conversation, so I only included some screens that verify that the conversation actually took place and that my representation of our conversation is probably correct. I did not screen anything personal she told me and I censored information about someone she mentioned.
Clarification: Several people have accused me of "leaking logs" or "leaking private information". I have originally phrased this section VERY poorly, I apologize for that. The only reason why I include the screenshots, is to establish that the conversation took place and that the arguments were essentially the same that you saw on stream = nothing changed.
I am a viewer, but not a "community member", not a single person in this community knows me, I never typed in DGG or took part in anything community related. Because of that, my thought was that people would not take my word for anything and probably not believe my retelling of events, that you don't even know took place. So yeah, I fucked up the phrasing, maybe you still consider the screens to be inappropriate but I don't agree.

We talked for ~10 hours in total, I mostly tried to explain to her why people think she is crazy, what she did wrong, WHY people think it is wrong and how they got that opinion.
We spend like 6 hours on whether or not she called him a bad father or not, basically the same conversations Destiny had with her on stream but in way more detail, with the same results...
I tried walking her through it step by step, like this:

1) "Do you agree that you implied that Destiny is bad father?"

Got a Yes after explaining how implications work, how there is no "real" difference between implying and saying it directly, how people perceive intend, how her opinion holds a lot of weight because she is a friend of his and giving her examples that involve her. For example: "How would you feel if someone asked Destiny on stream ""Do you think Ana would be a good therapist?"" and him replying ""I don't think crazy people should be therapists."" and him then arguing that he never called her crazy.

2) "Do you understand why that implication is very serious, given Destiny's history with being framed as bad father by opponents?"

Got a Yes after explaining the history.

3) "Do you now see why people blame you for inciting the situation, given that your implication was perceived as being intentional and very offensive/hurtful?"

Response: "But I never called him a bad father!" and loop this for 4 hours...

She also defended Jordan Peterson several times, saying that everyone is misinterpreting what he says and he is being treated unfairly and all that. She uses the same argument to defend her comments about Destiny being a bad father. Screen-1 | Screen-2 | Screen-3
So this went on for hours, basically a longer, more detailed version of all the arguments you saw on stream. She still didn't know WHY people blame her, what she did wrong and all the other stuff. So after being called: sociopathic, a victim blame/abuse justifier, accused of gaslighting/being dishonest/trying to twist her words and all that like 10 times, I lost my temper and gave up = end of day 1.

So we basically got nowhere, didn't agree on anything and she still believes 100% the exact same thing she believed in her conversations with Destiny.

Day 2(today)
Same topics for 2 hours, agreed to stop talking. I did some research and told her that I would make this post, more on that below.
I also checked the logs again and collect some things that made me really concerned:

1) Ana has clients now. She told me that her supervisor is not aware of her online presence, so I have no idea what is the right thing to do here.
Destiny said his famous: "When she has patients I am afraid that they will be killing themselves in record numbers." quote and I share a similar concern. More below in the "Part 6: What should be done?" section.

Part 5: The community(myself included) and Destiny are fucking up by platforming and harassing her

Update: Some of my speculation here have since been confirmed or refuted. I am keep the original state of this section so that people can see my perspective going into this. This section informed the latter parts of this post, so I am not rewriting this.
1) Ana believes that her and Destiny are still friends. I have not read their DMs, did not ask for them and Ana did not offer to show them to me(before someone makes that cringe assertion), so I do not know if they actually are still in contact. Screen 1 | Screen 2 | Screen 3
In Screen 1, Ana claims that:

"Steven never told me to stop talking to him": I think everyone agrees that this is wrong, because of the "No public or private communication" agreement. But she actually believes this and Destiny has never said DIRECTLY on stream: "I do not want to talk to you anymore" or "Stop sending me messages". And I think that he knows how she views language and implication, so I must assume that this is intentional.

But we all have heard him complain about getting spamming with messages several times and Melina also had a rant about Ana in DGG, calling her a "dumb bitch" or "psycho bitch" or something. Maybe someone remembers and has the screenshot?
Destiny has several times on stream been asked if Ana still messages him and, UNLESS I AM MISTAKEN, he has always said something along the lines of: "Yes, but I am not replying." So either Destiny is lying or Ana is and say what you will, I am actually fairly sure that she is not lying about anything. I do not believe that she is malicious, just "crazy".
My point is this: Destiny could have made it VERY clear that he does not want her messages anymore and that the friendship is over, I think is fair to assume this based on all the conversations where he made that clear(Correct me if I am wrong here), yet he didn't?
Why? My guess is that he knows that Ana is "good content" and we know that him and his friends + Melina make fun of her and laugh about her messages, while she is in severe emotional distress about this situation. And when 1 party is clearly mentally incompetent/not liable for their actions, this is very unethical in my opinion, should stop and it is clear which side is to blame for this.

In Screen 2, Ana claims that:

Her and Destiny are still talking, as of today/yesterday, and that Destiny promised her to address this whole situation on stream YESTERDAY. He did not.

I believe that this is for the same reason I listen in the "Screen 1" section. He probably doesn't know that I talked to Ana and knows that she doesn't watch his stream = string for content, no one will know so who cares?
Again, might be wrong. But I think it is very likely, because if Destiny actually would have wanted to cut ties with Ana, it would've been so easy to do it.

In Screen 3, Ana claims - |Name + identifying info about her friend are redacted|:

more evidence about Ana claiming they Destiny and her are still friends and in contact. Also asserting that he admitted privately to exaggerating what Ana did and wants to continue talking to her(in private I assume).

I think you get what my complaints here are and how the events up till this point justify my conclusions, at least from my point of view. It could of course be that I miss critical information about any part of this, but I feel like it would be unethical to not bring this up publicly, for reasons I mentioned.

Part 6: What should be done?

1.u/NeoDestiny , I think what you're doing is fairly unethical, for the reasons I have given above. Either:

a) You are lying and you are still friends with her. If that is the case, then why are you not "exonerating" her? Something like "Hey, me and Ana are on good terms and I exaggerated the whole situation a bit because I was hurt. Don't reply to her an twitter anymore and I am banning all mentions of her in my subreddit and Discord." I think that would solve the vast majority if the harassment she faces, or would it not?

b) Ana is lying. Possible of course, no idea what to do then. Maybe Dan's initial "trying to break your of you relationship with Melina" was right after all and she is the GOAT manipulator? Would be good if you could address the claims Ana made about your communication with her and the things you are supposed to have said. And then ban posts about her and move on.
I don't think anyone could believe this at this point, but maybe some people do?

c) You are doing exactly what I accused you of doing, stringing her along for content and avoiding making a clean cut in order to keep getting the DMs for your entertainment and the memes. I mean you literally let Dan read out the meanest message to her that could come up with on stream. Like, what the fuck dude?

No matter what is true, you have stated very clearly, that you her to be "mentally unwell" in a major way, "one of the craziest/most delusional people you have ever talked to". Letting her draw negative attention to herself, when you could easily make a short video explaining what happened and why her claims are wrong and then ban her from your platform and move on(like you did with Rem and Vaush, be it for other reasons), is pretty fucked up In my opinion.

I also want to be very clear: I know that this is potentially cringe as fuck. I have nothing to do with your life, we never exchanged a word or anything and I am posting this at a really inconvenient time. And I might also be missing a whole lot of information.
This isn't intended to be a hit piece or fuck with you or anything like that, I explained my concerns throughout this post and I genuinely believe in the things I wrote.

But I also don't want to know that I could've done something, if something bad happens. I hope that you and everyone else involved understands that, again, not trying to fuck with anyone or instigate more shit.

2. DGG/Community/me:

Let's please stop engaging with her and make her feel like she can validate her side of the story? I tried for hours and hours to convey some understanding of what she did wrong and why she is disliked or not believed.
She is not alright and probably getting worse, based on what I could tell. Can it be enough now? Keep in mind that she also thinks that Destiny and her are still good friends at this point, I mean what the fuck?
And I know that it is a small portion of a portion of people who actively harass her. But if you are honest, can you tell me that you didn't enjoy the "show", egged it on and spammed bullshit in chat too?
I mean, EVERYONE joined in on this, even after the Drew conversation. Even Peach and Lycan joined in, which is pretty rare(I think?), so the hate was way above normal levels, at least I perceived it that way.
She already regrets every coming on the stream to "defend" herself, but you can not hold her responsible for this shit forever and it's getting really sad. And yes, I did the same thing, I am aware, but I think it's getting to a point where there will be real world consequences soon, so can we please stop now and move on?

3. Is it ethical to inform or to NOT inform Ana's place of work about this?

This is the hardest part for me. Will Ana's harassment lead to clients/patients of her being harmed?
Everyone knows that mental health professionals can fuck up and that it can lead to really bad outcomes. Some of you have probably talked to someone who had a bad therapist during their childhood who intensified existing problems, or maybe even created some new ones.
I think Destiny is the only one who should/could make this decision, but if he doesn't then no one else should. And, just to be perfectly clear, I am NOT saying that I would ever do this and it is NOT my intention to do this. All of her psychology-friends side with her and don't think she has a problem. This is probably a more serious concern than all of the other issues I mentioned, because our actions might influence someone who had NO part in any of this in a very real way.
I would love to hear other opinions on this.
Clarification: Most of the backlash I got is for this section. Even after I improved my initial horrible phrasing of this section, I can still see why people would think that including this is fucked up or that it is unethical to even bring this up.
I still stand by this. Agree or disagree with me, I don't care. I take full responsibility and apologize for the initial phrasing that I used, but the underlying point should be mentioned in my opinion.

Part 7: Final thoughts and Ana's statement.

I have been awake for 30 hours or so now, so I probably fucked this up in some way or I am wrong to begin with to even post this, I am not sure.
And just to be clear, because people made fun of this part, I did not work for 30 hours on this thread. I've had a full schedule and put my conversation with Ana and writing this ahead of my other stuff, so it piled up. I didn't sit here like the hacker known as 4chan for 30 hours and hacked the internet, relax...

Posting a manifesto is a little weird and I am not a good debater or writer and I have no experience with stuff like this, so sorry if I just rambled through half of this or established things that didn't need establishing or are just pointless to even bring up.

I am one of the YouTube fucks who never chat or read chat that much, so I completely missed that. I apologize for that and it was not intentional. I also did not edit out my speculation about this being true or not, because I feel like I should keep my initial accusations intact. People should be able to see how I build up to my stuff and based on what information I made the decision to make this post.

2. Retraction
I apparently mischaracterized the Dr. Grande person and have removed the section about them. I made some assumptions, inspired by my limited research and lack of knowledge, and I didn't look into them enough to be informed enough to make a fair critique of this person.

My final thoughts

Going into this, I thought that I would either get downvoted into oblivion or ignored. Overall I have mixed feelings about this, but at least it didn't turn out like I initially feared it would. Got a few dipshits memeing in the comments, some people insulting me in DMs, but also a, at least to me, surprising amount of people who agreed with me on some parts or even on the overall concern.

Most of the DMs were very positive though and a lot of them helped me to remove the factual errors. I also had a few people help me rephrase most of my poorly written stuff, which helped me in avoiding to make unwanted implications or leading people to incorrect conclusions. Thank you very much for that.
I would also like to apologize again for the all the bad phrasing, errors and potentially giving some people wrong ideas. This isn't really excusable on my part, I could've just taken 1 extra day to put more effort into avoiding these kind of things, but I wanted to get ahead of the harassment ramping up again and it lead to me fucking up in some major ways.

I will no longer comment publicly about this and not involve myself further in any of this. I came here in good faith, trying to limited what I considered, and still consider, to be fairly fucked up behavior and most people didn't seem to think that this was some bad faith effort to discredit anyone or invite harassment on anyone mentioned in this post. Ariana Grande - Mystery Sample: It has her name on it, but that’s it. I know that it’s not Cloud. What hit me first was a slight citrus scent that turned into a sweeter fruity one. I could also pick up some vanilla. It’s one of the girliest in the collection in a flirty and fun way. It seems like it could be a young girl’s favorite, but it’s not too immature. The perfect scent to spray on yourself when coming from gym class.
Calvin Klein - euphoria: Sexy and addicting, but slightly smells like Christmas time so it makes me feel warm and happy. Floral but not in an obnoxious way. I didn’t think that I was a fan of greens, but maybe I am.
CK2: A little forgettable. Didn’t last long for me. Smells a little like cucumbers and purple flowers. I could see wearing this on a beach date. Could pass for a Hollister fragrance.
Carolina Herrera - Good Girl: I see why this is a cult favorite. The name is a little off-putting and corny tbh, and if I could rename it, I’d call it Bad B*tch. Which is also corny but more accurate. This is warm and spicy yet nice and sweet. It’s what I’d wear for a research presentation or something. Happy to see a white floral and vanilla that is sexy and sophisticated rather than just AAAAA floral. It’s slightly generic, though.
Chloé - Chloé: This is why I love fragrance. The same way that music makes us reminisce, perfumes do this for me. I was instantly transported back to early high school when I would hang out with some of the older girls and felt so cool. A flirty simple rose smell. Love that luscious lychee. It’s classy but youthful. This is definitely what they used to wear, and now I know!
Roses de Chloé: It’s Chloé’s younger sister. I’d imagine wearing this one to brunch on a summer day with a group of girlfriends. It’s delicate and lovely but smells a little too much like alcohol at first.
Clinique - Happy: Well, it’s a perfume. It would be a great starter scent, I think. I’m new to fragrances as a hobby, but I already owned Black Opium, Alien, Viva, and Cloud, which were all gifts, so owning something like this would be unnecessary for me. Seems like a good non-offensive fresh, citrusy thing to wear to work.
Coach Floral: I smell... melon? Tropical fruits? I don’t smell flowers at all. It’s also quite woody, which is interesting, since I don’t see many sweet fruity yet woody frags around (maybe I’m ignorant lol). It smells like someone’s mean stepmom. I don’t even have a stepmom, but I just get this vibe. I do like patchouli notes, though!
Dolce&Gabbana - Light Blue: I’m mostly drawn to gourmands and orientals, but I’ve fallen in love with this citrus gem. It reminds me of the Mediterranean. Or when my partner and I would go to the boardwalk by the ocean and cause general mischief. I don’t love powdery, but this does it perfectly. I would like it to be a little more smelly though. dossier - Oriental Cherry: Ah, the Tom Ford - Lost Cherry knockoff. I wish I could eat this, for real. It reminds me of a cassata from my favorite bakery. And of course, cherries. The tonka and cloves stand out to me but not offensively.
Dream Angels by Victoria’s Secret - Desire: Overly powdery fruity scent that I think is made for kids. I don’t think that I like plum in fragrances, which this has.
Divine: Smells silky. Boring soapy floral. I think this would be ideal for an air freshener in a McDonald’s bathroom rather than a perfume.
amazing Grace - ballet rose: Feminine, clean, not offensive. I smell some citrus here, also. A little fresher than Chloé, the other rose scent. I like Chloé a bit more.
pure Grace - nude rose: I think this would be a nice layering perfume. It’s very subtle, which would be good for work or school.
Gucci - Bamboo: I think the cool girls in the club wear this one. It’s nothing special, really, but it smells expensive to me. It’s weirdly seductive, though. Maybe that’s just all orangey scents.
John Varvatos - Vintage: ok I panicked when I sprayed this because I wasn’t expecting it lol. This is a cologne. Smells like a hot guy. Typical aromatic, spicy cologne but later had some fruity notes to it. I actually think that a woman could get away with wearing it, but not for me.
Juicy Couture - OUI: I love Juicy. Viva was my signature for a decade, and I’m gonna say it with my whole chest. It has the potential to smell like a younger girl. I smell very sweet candy and fruits. Doesn’t smell “expensive”. I would say that it’s unique, but Viva is still my one true love, lol.
Issey Miyake - L’Eau D’issey Pour Homme: Another random cologne. Smells like I squeezed a lemon on a piece of paper in a pleasant way.
Kate Spade - In Full Bloom: Another lovely rose. It smells the most like roses so far. I’ve been transported back to when an old boyfriend got me two dozen roses, and I stuck my face in them and inhaled. Makes me reminisce and be happy. A little “much”, though, so I like Chloé better.
Live Color Fully: I sprayed this directly into my eyes. My corneas now smell like white floral and musk, which I typically don’t go for. Maybe I’m biased due to the pain that it’s caused me, but this just smells like some lady. Like, one who would start complaining at the store about an expired coupon.
Lady Gaga - Fame: So the lady who wore the meat dress and revolutionized pop gave us a basic air freshener? That’s it? The honey note is cool, but come on.
Lancôme - La Vie Est Belle: My favorite skincare brand comes out with a perfume that may be my new favorite. It’s not terribly unique, but wow. It’s strong but not cloying. The spiciness gives me a pleasant sparkle in my nose rather than an itchy tingle. A little flowery, a little sugary. A sexy, confident woman. I can tell that this is long lasting as well. I have no idea why this has been described as a powdery and cloying vanilla. I don’t even smell vanilla.
Marc Jacobs - Daisy: I mean, what can I say? It makes me smile, thinking about the times that didn’t matter. It smells like a memory. I feel like I don’t even need this in my collection because I’ve smelled and enjoyed it enough and smell it in the wild on a stranger regularly.
Daisy Love: Playful, sweet, youthful. Perfect gift for a coming of age woman, I think. A little artificial, though, but the younger crowd back in my day loved stuff like this.
Decadence: Strap in and get ready for this ride. I’ve smelled this before, and I wasn’t about to do this to myself again. I love myself, okay? I don’t mean to offend anybody, but this thing tried to kill me. I got an instant pounding headache when I sprayed it into my breathing air. Thierry Mugler - Aura: I have Alien and love it. I know these are all polarizing. I like this better than Angel but less than Alien. It’s green, but it’s winter for sure. This is very complex, honestly. I’m too much of a noob to give this a respectable review.
Versace - Pour Femme Dylan Blue: I feel like I need this? It’s very addictive. But I don’t need this. It’s like when I crave Taco Bell, get it, eat it, and think... Damn, I didn’t need this. Clean, professional, fresh smell.
Yellow Diamond: Generic citrusy floral. Not a huge citrus person, but I’m just fantasizing about Light Blue now...
Viktor+Rolf - Bonbon: This made me smile instantly. Caramel. Sweet. Fruity. Cozy. A little patchouli? A hint of woodiness that comes out when all the chocolate candy goodness calms down. I need you. For non-gourmand lovers? Skip expeditiously.
YSL - La Nuit de L’Homme: Oh, another random cologne. Dark, sexy, warm, but fresh. I smell orange and purple flowers. Even a slight almond smell? If I was 90% sure that I wanted to jump a guy’s bones, and he was wearing this, it would maybe go to 100%.
Mon Paris: I love it, but there is a sliiight synthetic smell to it which I wish just wasn’t there. The adorable packaging makes up for that, I think. It’s a little youthful, but I can tell that this is a compliment getter for older women as well. Makes me want to have a wild night. I am a raspberry lover, and a fruitchouli lover, so it’s no wonder that I’m so enchanted. I also tend to love YSL. I own Black Opium and enjoy Libre.
